Surrogates with SIH are medically screened and counseled by the fertility specialists at FIH and supported by the SIH team from match through delivery. Base compensation starts at $60,000, with additional milestone compensation and expenses covered by the intended parents.

SIH screens first and matches second. Every surrogate is medically evaluated by fertility specialists before she is presented to intended parents, so the candidates you meet have already been cleared. SIH then coordinates legal agreements, escrow, medical care and post-birth paperwork in one place.

Why SIH and FIH work together
Most surrogacy agencies recruit and match, then refer medical questions elsewhere. SIH is the agency arm of a working fertility clinic. Surrogates are screened by FIH’s clinical team, reviewed by a maternal-fetal medicine specialist, and evaluated by a licensed mental health professional before any match is offered. Intended parents can complete their embryo transfer at FIH as one connected experience or continue with their own fertility clinic.
